All prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in a written agreement. Taxes, government levies, and additional charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the client. Payment terms, milestones, and due dates will be specified in the invoice or service agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or support.

Installation timelines are indicative and may vary depending on site readiness, product availability, and external factors. Any modifications requested after project approval may lead to additional costs and revised timelines.

Genie Smart Nest uses products and software from third-party manufacturers. While we ensure quality and compatibility to the best of our ability, warranties on such products are governed by the respective manufacturers’ policies. We are not responsible for software updates, feature changes, or discontinuation by third-party providers.

Clients must not misuse automation systems for unlawful activities. Any damage caused due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or negligence will not be covered under warranty or support.

All intellectual property, including website content, designs, software configurations, and branding, belongs to Genie Smart Nest and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
